Hi Redoo,
Breast milk in any form has a greater nutritional value than infant formula.
Store and thaw your breast milk properly can preserve its nutritional value and infection preventing qualities. If you refrigerate your milk instead of freezing it, be sure to keeping the milk cool when you carry it home.
