你在家親自餵奶時可試試一邊餵嬰兒，另一邊用擠奶器擠出母乳，當嬰兒吃完一邊時，兩邊對調，不用擔心已沒有母乳，因妳或會有第二次的噴奶反射。
另外，增奶量的方法還有充足的休息和輕鬆的心情。你能堅持餵母乳，已做得好好！不要給自己太大壓力啊。

Volume of pumped milk is one of the easiest ways to upset or discourage a breastfeeding mother.
DO NOT judge your milk supply by the pumped milk volume.
Baby is warm and cuddly, the pump is cold and mechanic.
I'm sure you can feel it yourself:
There are gush and gush of milk release while your baby is on the breasts; while you pump milk, you don't feel the same!
Baby certainly get much more milk in your arms and on your breasts than from bottle.

Keep pumping though, you may need pumping to maintain your supply while you are back to work. And, whenever you can, put baby to your breasts.

I can really feel the way when my son was 3 months old...I was trying to feed 奶粉 at that moment too (also 半夜)...however, my son still seems hungry all the time...after I searching on this website, I stop feeding him 奶粉, only 全人奶, he's getting better and better and my son now 15months old now...without any奶粉!!! Add oil!!

我BB3個月大，徐了半夜2點一餐奶粉(150ml)外，其他全人奶。大約2個多小時1餐。我現在返工了，但每次泵奶30min，2邊加埋只泵到40至60ml !!!我都泵了4星期了，都係得咁小。(好彩我午飯時間可以回家埋身餵)但埋身餵BB又好似飽無哭。咁係我BB細食，定還是我少奶?我返工泵埋都唔佢1餐，咁點算?
