BB飲人奶的量
BB 吸吮乳房需要用較複雜的技巧，要先張開大口，伸出舌頭去刺激乳暈，然後吸吮和吞嚥媽媽的奶水，所以如果BB 是清醒地食奶，而吸吮的姿勢是正確及有效的話，一旦食飽便會停下來，因為食母乳對BB 來說用的力大過食奶瓶。
奶瓶的設計是自動將奶滴出來，BB 只需輕輕一吸便食到奶，因為容易得到，除非很飽很飽，否則不會懂得推開。

Dear hosezchan, as you are receiving different guidelines on intake, you can see that it is very confusing! Who will know how much a baby need to drink at a meal? Sometimes he may drink more, sometimes he may drink less. And how can you see the intake when you are breastfeeding? And if you bottle feed your pump milk, it is just putting more work, more risk and likely overfeeding.
However, what we do know and can see is the OUTPUT! If you find the pee and poo is sufficient, you can just relax, feed on demand and enjoy your baby. Because your baby will let you know how much and how often he need to nurse. You are the expert as you are the only one who know your baby best.

所有嬰兒在出生首數天都會俗稱「收水」的體重減輕情況，幅度因人而異。一般來講，嬰兒會在兩三星期後回復出世的體重。純母乳的嬰兒每週平均可增磅125克，每月可增長0.5-1千克。
你的BB 才剛11日大已跟出世體重相差少許，增重方面暫不見有問題。
至於餵母乳方面，如非母嬰分開，我們會鼓勵媽媽直接餵奶，每次嬰兒吸吮完一邊乳房後，再看他是否想吸吮另外一邊。不限制餵奶時間，嬰兒食飽後會自行離口，這是按需要餵哺的做法，好處是讓媽媽的身體知道嬰兒食量，繼而調節奶量。
奶瓶設計是讓奶自動滴出，嬰兒很容易便吸到奶，有時會食過量而不知，所以奶瓶餵哺的食量會有所限制。而且媽媽要清潔消毒奶瓶，增加家務量，少了休息時間，對奶量有影響。

I have a question regarding baby intake of my milk.
He is just 11 days old and we did visit nurses and doctors in maternal & Child Care Centre after baby was discharged from hospital.
For the first visit, the nurse recommended us to feed him on demand ( in line with the spirit of breastfeeding) and feed him so long as he is willing to intake (but not force).
Reason behind is my baby is quite light in weight (2.3 kg when he was born/ around 2.27 kg during visit).
Currently, his appetite is getting bigger and can intake 90ml of my milk (I sometimes will feed him with my pumped milk) at most .
However, after updating the current intake status during the 2nd visit in maternal & Child Care Centre, the doctor said he is intake much more as compared with his size and limit the intake per time up to 75ml.
Doctor was concerned that the rate of increasing weight will be super fast if keeping on intaking that much though, I think he is still lighter (2.28 kg) than his weight right after his birth (2.3 kg) while
doctor said may be due to 收水.
As the comment from 1st visit and 2nd visit is so different which makes a bit confused. Especially for the 2nd visit doctors comment which contradicts with "feeding on demand" concept. can anyone comment on this? TKS
