我好聽話跟足姑娘指是每兩至三小時手泵奶（無泵夜奶），不過我的奶量比佢想像中少。

雖然唔多，呢兩個月堅持做，平均2日儲都一餐奶。

我已約了QE 姑娘星期一見，她著我這幾天自己用手出奶，會比奶泵有效。不可喝牛奶。多飲水多食飯。

同時我已買了奶泵和哺乳吸管，清潔後便可用。

Viana, It is possible to relactate, it will need some time and effort to do. You may need some experienced breastfeeding counsellor to guide you all the way though.

Meanwhile it is a good idea if you can have lots of skin-to-skin contact with baby and try to have him latch and suck on breast. If baby is sucks well, you may want to introduce feeding tube to supplement baby, so that all the sucking from baby goes to the breast.

Another way is to do pumping. Start with pumping every 3 hours, or whatever you can fit in. You may need to pump for a few days or weeks before seeing the first drop. But milk will be getting more and more day by day after more pumping/sucking.

Some mother may find drinking herbs or soup will help. Other may need to use medicine. Some mothers will use Domperidone (Motilium). Please be aware that the medicine MUST be prescribed by Doctors. The doctor will see if you are suitable for the medicine. Never take any medicine on your own without consulting doctor.

如果BB都肯埋身吸啜,只係未係好識點用力從妳身上食到奶,建議到賣哺乳用品的商店買個哺乳吸管(細細幼幼的一支軟管).管的一邊貼在妳乳房,另一邊引到奶瓶內,讓BB埋身食的同時,奶水亦會從奶瓶吸到BB口裏.咁或者會幫到BB食得快少少.

un ~ since sucking the bottle is much easier then sucking the breast. U can try lik playing with bb and let bb suck when bb close to feed time. On top, try to bump a little bit after the feed time c if can help. Dun rush yourself, but relax + try. Keep pray for U ~

明天嘗試至電我生產的那一家醫院問問先（揍住阿B只得打電話問啦）

我的寶寶已認得奶樽，每次我在他面前搖兩搖奶樽，放埋但未碰到他的咀他已增大口預備吃

我前天嘗試給他埋身啜不成功，又有可能是我抱得他不舒服

rachelc1122 U can first relax and try to let babe try sucking. But 9 months baby can try other food lar. Then 1 yrs can have full cream milk. Why not mak Soya bean milk for them?
viana, the same lae - if your baby already over 6 months, try other things lar. No need to push your self too hard for formula.
