Heating the breast milk

Hello,

I would like to know the ways of heating breast milk. I used to puting the bottle of breast milk in a container that filled with boiling heat water, am i doing right?
I didn't heat the milk directly on the stove, instead, I boiled the water on the stove first, then put the water in the container, after that, put the bottle of breast milk in the container.
I would like to know will the nutrition of breast milk be destroyed when I heat the milk in the hot water ( boiling water on the stove)?
I am very hurry about this matter, as I am afraid the nutrition will be destroyed even I didn't boil the breast milk directly on the stove. As I heat it in the hot water which is after boiling.
