BB gets constipated. is it because of what i eat? what should i do to help?
my baby tried no poo poo for a week... in fact, if she looks active and is willing to suck milk, no crying without reason, then she should be no problem. Also, you can massage her tummy, using your palm to press softly from top to down and then clockwise... also can help her to do some exericses like holding her legs and moving forward and backward just like cycling.

My bb is three weeks old now. She gets constipated. Last time she had no poo poo for three days. At first i was worried if she had enough milk so I fed her with three meals of breastmilk in bottles. But it didn't work. We took her to the doctor and helped her excret a lot after the visit but now she has the same problem again. I usually breastfeed her either during the day or night and she has two to three times of bottle feeding of breastmilk every day.
I heard this problem is rare among breastfeed babies. Is it because I've eaten too much chicken and chicken soup and the chinese saying it's too 'hot' for the baby?
Can anyone suggest what I can do to improve the situation? Thanks!
