好快已做左一年全奶媽,但係去完健康院好唔開心,姑娘話BB輕,得8KG(出生7磅),就13個月喇!我本身個餐單係咁既:7:00人奶/8:30包+旦+水果/11:00菜+肉粉面/人奶/1:30粥+水果/3:30旦糕+果汁/5:30人奶/8:00飯+湯+水果/11:00人奶姑娘叫我只比佢飲2餐人奶,4-5餐粥粉(要10種不同菜肉),2-3柸牛奶!我試左三日覺得好大問題,點食?佢根本食唔到4餐主食,唔肯飲-奶粉,尋日仲食到嘔,個心有些質疑個姑娘係咪亂嚟?重叫夜晚一次都唔好喂!當初就係因為唔肯飲奶粉先堅持到依家,一路都想等bb自然飲到停!2餐?有問題嗎?我已經谷奶好辛苦,會唔會收奶?bb玩得訓得,重行到鬼咁快,但就係瘦小!倒底應該點好?一路家人,朋友都指責我喂人奶攪到佢無營養,但一直死堅持,內心有時都會問自己係咪真係咁樣,特別係醫護人士講完後!依家又嚟一個大考驗,應該點食人奶和主食,可以和我分享下經驗嗎? ~當所有人都否定我所做的事時,小b就是我唯一的擁護者!請堅持給他你的愛!!!~

hey, ur b is doing very well, dont worry. My 1st bb only ate 1/3 of what ur bb hv everyday. She doesnt like to eat, not just main course, she hate petty much most food.No one belive that she doesnt eat by the look of her. Even though i was very worry at that time but now she is 5 and fine. Now my 2nd one drink 4 times more than her sister, by feeding as less 10 times a day. We are on feeding on demand, which she still wake at night for feed( she is 5 mths). She weight 8kg now. Anyway, every kids is different. I hv two very different one, i kind of worry less with the eat a lot one.just a little tips, force on what u feed her not how much. I used to steam everything than mush them. Like i would pick one item fm each group, no1, chicken/pork/fish.no2:any green veg.no3: potato/sweet potato/sweet corn/carrot.u can add egg too( mine hv problem with egg) then with all that i would add some very soft rice. I am not too sure am i right or wrong but with a kid who eat so
little, that was the way i cook for her.

我是一個11個月大人奶bb的媽咪, 雖然不是很有經驗,但也覺得姑娘叫你給bb的食品數量未免太多了吧!會唔會吃壞個b架!
我個b11個月大, 只得僅僅8kg...好細粒, 但健康咪得lor...肥唔代表健康架麻!
