Hi I'm breastfeeding my baby without a problem since giving birth. But while i'm pumping the milk out and try to bottle feed, i'm having more milk in one side than the other..is it normal?

- my baby is 2 mths old.
- I pump 2 times a day, early in the morning after feeding, and late at night before i go to bed, plus breastfeeding her directly
- I'm having ~ 100-150ml of milk each time i pump. only 20% of milk is yield from one side, i.e. 20-30 ml... and the rest is from the other side.

It's common for mothers to have uneven supply.

To restore the balance, you can start feeding your baby on the less productive side, baby tends to nurse vigorously at the beginning of a feeding, so start with the less productive side to help increase milk production.

Secondly, pump on the less productive side after feedings.

Also, while you're pumping, start pumping from your less productive side more often, continue to pump for a few additional minutes may help to increase production.
